Filming around our office

As our Twitter followers may have noted we had a film crew in and around Click Creative HQ last week.

We always knew that moving to Parr Street would throw us into a world of music, creativity and glamour but we didn’t think it would be so soon.

Last Wednesday an army of crew and actors waltzed into the Parr St Studio complex to film scenes for a big screen adaptation of Kevin Sampson’s cult novel Powder.

Our exclusive photos from the shoot – and other scenes shot around Liverpool recently – are on Click Liverpool now.

It was exciting to see Kevin’s latest project coming together so soon after the success of Awaydays.

We had a vested in Awaydays having completed the official site and will be keeping a close eye on the development of Powder. Filming wraps up next month and it’s expected to hit cinemas across the country towards the end of next year.

Working on the Awaydays site was a privilege and allowed us to demonstrate our ability to work on high profile projects, beating off some of London’s top design studios in the process. If you think we could do a similar job for you, please get in touch!

New Office Open

Click Creative opened both a metaphorical and literal door earlier today as we moved into a new office right in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

Our previous base at Brunswick dock served us well but as we push forward with the Click News network, including our flagship Click Liverpool news site, as well as working on a host of exciting web projects moving into the city’s beating heart made sense.

Creamfields Facebook App Frenzy

We’ve always got an eagle eye on what’s going on with our clients sites and the activity on our servers, but this weekend we were fixated following the progress of our latest Facebook Application.

Commissioned by Click Liverpool we developed an application and viral marketing tool to promote their coverage of Creamfields.

With the dance festival less than a week away we were able to ride the crest of a wave, capitalising on hype as ticket brokers put up the sold out signs for the Daresbury rave. The project was a success with unprecedented amounts of people taking the survey to see what type of festival goer they are and stand the chance at winning VIP tickets for the event.

You can find out more about about our the app fared by reading our the Click Creamfields competition case study or if you’d like to find out more on how our Social Media services can benefit you click here.

The Blog Has Landed

It’s been an exciting few months for Click Creative. So much so we’ve found it difficult to find any spare time to update our site.

As we approach the end of August there’s so much going on in our world we’re forcing ourselves to make time in order to share the latest.

Aside from working on some great web development and branding projects (including work for the zestful Atmospheric Events Company) and keeping the UK’s fastest growing independent regional news network running we’re soon to move offices.

From September we’ll be stepping out of the shadows and into the heart of Liverpool’s creative sector.

Our current office, merely a mile outside of the city centre, has served us well. But we’ll soon be hopping on the Brunswick train for good and planting our flag smack bang in the middle of L1.

Stay tuned for further info!
